Welcome to Finix. By accessing or using our website, mobile and web applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the «Services»), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service («Terms»). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Finix provides web solutions for integrating applications data by using our custom developed software. These Services may include, but are not limited to:

You are granted a limited license to access and use the
services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of the content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided «as is» and «as available» without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, or free from errors but we do warrant that we will do our utmost for ensuring you have a reliable experience. We disclaim any and all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitations of liability
In no event shall Finix, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Norway to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or within our app. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and your agreement to abide by them.
